Lowell Farms (LOWLF) announces the appointment of Philippe Faraut as CFO of the Company, effective immediately. Most recently, he served as CFO of iAnthus (ITHUF). Faraut steps into the CFO role, succeeding CEO Mark Ainsworth, who had been serving as Interim CFO.
