Morgan Stanley analyst Melinda Baxter upgraded Lottery Corp. (LTRCF) to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of A$5.70, up from A$5.60. The firm says lottery softness in the near-term is a “temporary headwind rather than weakening participation, and should mean-revert.”
