BofA upgraded Loma Negra (LOMA) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $14, up from $11.50. The firm cites a macroeconomic policy regime reset in Argentina, the lift of currency controls, and an economic recovery into 2025 and 2026 for the upgrade. BofA is now “very optimistic” on the mid to long-term macroeconomic outlook in Argentina and sees a cement volume growth recovery in 2025 and 2026.
