Lockheed Martin (LMT) was awarded a $249M cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for spares, repairs, engineering services, and depot stand-up support for Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block Two Electronic Support Anti-Ship Missile Defense System integration. Work is expected to be completed by February 2031. Fiscal 2025 other procurement funds in the amount of $344,788 will be obligated at the time of award, of which none expires at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured via the System for Award Management website. The contract is a sole-source award under 10 U.S. Code 3204 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Naval Surface Warfare Center is the contracting activity.
