Lockheed Martin (LMT) was awarded a $1.9B indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for C-130J Maintenance and Training System IV. This contract provides for the continuation of production, modernization, sustainment, and support, via the Training System Support Center of C-130J Aircrew Training Devices, Maintenance Training Devices, and Maintenance and Aircrew Training System. Work is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2039. The JMATS IV contract will be composed of one five-year base ordering period and one five-year option period, with an additional three years for the completion of all deliveries. FY26 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,000 per for the initial task order are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center is the contracting activity.
