Local Bounti names Kathleen Valiasek as new CEO

Local Bounti’s (LOCL) Board of Directors named Kathleen Valiasek as its new CEO, adding to her existing role as President and CFO. Craig Hurlbert steps into a new role as Executive Chairman and will support the executive leadership team by providing expertise, experience, and leadership to guide the Company toward achieving its objectives. Valiasek will continue to lead the strategic financial direction of the business in partnership with Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer Tony Hughes, who will continue his support of the accounting organization.
