LoanDepot announces new joint venture with Onx Homes

loanDepot (LDI) and Onx Homes announced a new joint venture, named Onx X+ Mortgage, that they say “brings together two companies that leverage technology to better serve today’s homebuyers.” The companies stated that the joint venture “supports Onx Homes’ mission to deliver more value at every step of the homeowner journey while expanding loanDepot’s footprint in the purchase mortgage market.”
