Auto parts supplier LKQ (LKQ) is planning to sell Keystone Automotive Industries, its specialty parts division, and its working with bankers at BofA (BAC) to find a buyer, people familiar with the matter told Reuters. The division could be worth roughly $1B, analysts at Raymond James have previously said, the report noted.
