U.S. District Judge George Wu in California ruled Live Nation (LYV) and its subsidiary Ticketmaster must face a class action for allegedly overcharging its customers for events at major venues across the country, Mike Scarcella of Reuters reports. The judge determined the plaintiffs met the criteria to expand their lawsuit into a class action, seeking 15 years of alleged damages related for over 400M tickets.
