LiqTech appoints David Kowalczyk as CFO and COO

LiqTech (LIQT) appointed David Kowalczyk as CFO and COO, effective March 1. Kowalczyk has held senior roles including VP, Business Finance and Systems at Hempel A/S, CFO at Globus Wine, VP and Group Management Member at Flugger, Business Finance Director for Business Operations at Novozymes. Phillip Massie Price, who has served as Interim CFO since March 2024, will step down from the role upon David Kowalczyk’s arrival, but he will remain with the company until April 30 to ensure for a seamless transition.
