The Company expects fresh lemon volumes to be in the range of 5M to 5.5M cartons for fiscal year 2025. Avocado volumes are expected to be in the range of 7M to 8.0M pounds for fiscal year 2025. The Company expects to receive total proceeds of $180M from Harvest, and East Area spread out over seven fiscal years, with approximately $15M received in fiscal year 2024.
