LightInTheBox appoints Yan as director, chairman

LightInTheBox Holding announced the appointment of Zhi Yan as a director to the board of directors of the Company and to succeed Jian He as the chairman of the Board, effective August 26, 2024. Following the Appointment, Jian He will remain as a director of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
