Truist analyst Ki Bin Kim raised the firm’s price target on Life Storage to $120 from $115 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said the company’s quarterly results were above street expectations and 2023 guidance was broadly in line with the firm’s views, which it interprets as a soft-ish deceleration path to normalcy.
