Lennar likely range-bound following quarterly results, says Goldman Sachs

Lennar (LEN) is leveraging company-specific initiatives, such as supply chain efficiencies, improved inventory turns, overhead reductions, and returns on prior tech investments, to offset demand headwinds and support margin expansion and cash generation, Goldman Sachs tells investors in a research note. While early signs of steadier traffic are encouraging, affordability and job uncertainty remain challenges, likely keeping the stock range-bound near term despite longer-term upside tied to its asset-light, manufacturing-oriented strategy, the firm says. Goldman maintains a Neutral rating and $110 price target
