Lennar General Counsel Mark Sustana to retire effective September 2

Lennar (LEN) announced that Mark Sustana, General Counsel and Vice President, will retire from the company, effective September 2. He will be succeeded by Katherine Lee Martin, who joins Lennar on September 2 as Chief Legal Officer. Martin most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Hertz Corporation (HTZ).
