LendingClub (LC) announced in its earnings release that it signed a memorandum of understanding by which funds and accounts managed by BlackRock (BLK) investment advisors will invest up to $1B through LendingClub’s marketplace programs through 2026. Shares of LendingClub are up 4% to $17.20 in after-hours trading post its Q3 report.
