Lemonade adds Seeley, CMO of PayPal, to board

Lemonade (LMND) announced it has named Geoff Seeley to its board of directors. Seeley, Chief Marketing Officer of PayPal Holdings (PYPL), oversees global marketing for both PayPal and Venmo. Before joining PayPal, Seeley was Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Afterpay, where he helped scale consumer and merchant adoption, culminating in the company’s $29B acquisition by Square, Lemonade noted. “Geoff has helped shape some of the world’s most beloved and recognizable brands. His insights into consumer behavior, brand building, and marketing transformation will be hugely valuable as Lemonade continues to scale its global marketing efforts,” said Shai Wininger, Lemonade co-founder and president.
