Legend Biotech (LEGN) has discussed a second listing outside the U.S. with potential advisers, Julia Fioretti, Manuel Baigorri and Amber Tong of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Possible listing venues include Hong Kong, Singapore and London, sources told Bloomberg. A second listing could increase Legend’s valuation, especially if Hong Kong is the venue, the sources added. Shares of Legend Biotech are up 2% to $35.65 following the report.
