BofA raised the firm’s price target on Legence (LGN) to $55 from $46 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. With the closing of the Bowers acquisition on January 2 the firm is now incorporating the deal into its 2026 and 2027 estimates and raising its 2026/27 EBITDA forecasts.
