UBS raised the firm’s price target on LegalZoom (LZ) to $9.50 from $9 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. LegalZoom is starting to see early signs of its efforts to improve its subscription conversion funnel as it ended the quarter with roughly 1.8M subscription units, the analyst tells investors in a research note. As the company continues to test and iterate its product bundling mix alongside business formation packages, UBS looks for incremental signs of conversion rate improvement in the coming quarters.
