B. Riley analyst Rohit Seth put a Neutral rating and $26 price target on Legacy Housing (LEGH) following a transfer of coverage. The firm says it will re-evaluate the rating once it have greater confidence that Legacy can deliver sustained volume recovery and clearer visibility on land monetization.
