LeddarTech (LDTC) announces that on June 17, the company received a determination letter from Nasdaq notifying the company that Nasdaq has determined that the company’s securities will be suspended from trading at the opening of business on June 24 and delisted from Nasdaq. LeddarTech currently does not intend to file an appeal of the determination.
