TD Cowen downgraded Lear (LEA) to Hold from Buy with a $95 price target as coverage of the stock was transferred. Lear has “several attractive fundamental attributes,” but the firm doesn’t see “a reason to rush into the stock right now,” the analyst tells investors. Lear’s 2025 guidance didn’t stand out from peers from margin perspective and Lear’s underlying global production assumptions, while “reasonable,” weren’t as conservative as Aptiv’s (APTV) or BorgWarner’s (BWA), the analyst added.
