Lead Real Estate announced that, on June 18, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a special cash dividend, payable on or about September 30, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of June 30, 2024, with an American depositary receipt record date of June 28, 2024. The dividend, of $0.02 per share, or a total of approximately $286,193, was approved at the Company’s annual general meeting held in September 2024.
