Lazard appoints Eric Van Nostrand chief investment officer

Lazard (LAZ) announced that Eric Van Nostrand has been appointed chief investment officer, a newly created role. As CIO, he will be responsible for investment oversight and for advancing the processes that support consistent, long-term outcomes for clients. Van Nostrand most recently served as global head of narkets and chief economist at Lazard Asset Management.
