Tesla (TSLA) has been accused in a lawsuit of favoring visa holders over Americans when making employment decisions so they can pay their employees less, Jonathan Stempel of Reuters reports. According to the proposed class action, Tesla violates federal civil rights law by its “systematic preference” to hire visa holders while firing U.S. citizens at disproportionate rates.
