Law firm Lynch Carpenter said Figure Technology (FIGR) Solutions experienced a cybersecurity incident which impacted the personal information of its customers. Lynch Carpenter is investigating claims against Figure related to the data breach. “In the incident, an unauthorized person gained access to Figure’s systems and may have acquired records containing personally identifiable information,” the firm said in a statement.
