BofA analyst Duksan Jang raised the firm’s price target on Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) to $105 from $88 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. A beat and raise was driven by continued server growth and broad industrial market recovery, notes the analyst, who continues to view demand for Lattice FPGAs to remain “robust” through 2027. However, the firm reiterates an Underperform rating, which it says is “a relative call that prefers other AI compute vendors.”
