Roth Capital analyst Leo Mariani lowered the firm’s price target on LanzaTech (LNZA) to 50c from $3 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 revenue was in line with estimates, though the firm is adjusting its model after LanzaTech accountants have determined that there is substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern, in compliance with applicable GAAP requirements, and based on the management evaluating different capital-raising strategies, cost-reduction measures, and partnership or other asset-related opportunities, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
