Roth Capital keeps a Neutral rating and $15 price target on LanzaTech (LNZA) after its Q4 results. The firm cites the company’s near-term funding challenges, its inability to execute on financial targets and its capital structure, which contemplates very dilutive future funding, the analyst tells investors in a research note. LanzaTech still has a going concern issue as more funding is needed for the company to stay afloat, Roth added.
