Landsea Homes closes 78 homesites in Moonlight master-planned community

Landsea Homes (LSEA) announced that it has closed on 78 homesites in the Moonlight master-planned community in Maricopa, Arizona. Landsea Homes will offer 78 thoughtfully designed one- and two-story homes, with floorplans ranging from 1,332 to 2,624 square feet. Sales are estimated to launch this summer. Pricing will be announced at a later date.
