Land Securities upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley analyst Bart Gysens upgraded Land Securities to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of 730 GBp, up from 650 GBp. The analyst says stabilizing property yields with solid total net asset value-based returns “could drive a further meaningful re-rating” of the shares.
