Citi analyst Atif Malik raised the firm’s price target on Lam Research (LRCX) to $300 from $265 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported a “beat and raise” quarter and guided 2026 wafter fab equipment spending to $135B, which is well above Citi’s bull case, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
