RBC Capital raised the firm’s price target on Lam Research (LRCX) to $290 from $260 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company reported strong Q4 results driven by healthy WFE environment and share gains, the analyst tells investors in a research note. NAND spending remains lumpy, but Lam Research has made solid progress in Foundry and is benefiting from CoWoS/HBM strength, the firm added.
