The company said, “Net capital expenditure for the third quarter of 2025 was $67 million, below guidance due to lower spend in Ghana and the Gulf of America. We now expect full year capital expenditures to be lower than $350 million. The Company remains on track to deliver the targeted $25 million overhead reduction by year-end.”
