Goldman Sachs analyst Neil Mehta downgraded Kosmos (KOS) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $2, down from $3. The firm is “incrementally cautious” on Kosmos given the company’s operational challenges. The company requires a high commodity price to generate outsized free cash flow, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Goldman downgraded the shares as it sees potential for near-term commodity price risk.
