Kopin reinstated with a Buy at Stifel

Stifel reinstated coverage of Kopin (KOPN) with a Buy rating and $5.50 price target The company has unveiled a MicroLED-based optical interconnect architecture that is intended to replace traditional copper wiring in high-performance AI data centers, also disclosing a $15M initial development order from their partner Fabric.AI, the analyst tells investors in a research note. This new development contract solidifies Kopin’s revenue outlook for the year as it was not included in their initial outlook, the firm added.
