TD Cowen analyst Oliver Chen lowered the firm’s price target on Kohl’s (KSS) to $17 from $23 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm updated its model following Q4 results where negative comps persisted but they were less negative and the company has plenty of strategies ahead.
