KKR (KKR) is exploring an acquisition of TXNM Energy (TXNM) and has held takeover talks in recent weeks, according to Bloomberg. TXNM, the owner of New Mexico’s largest utility, has been working with an adviser to weigh a sale after receiving takeover interest, the report added.
