KinderCare Learning (KLC) announced that Tom Wyatt is returning as CEO, effective December 2. Wyatt spent over a decade as CEO of KinderCare and will remain as chairman of the board. He is succeeding former CEO Paul Thompson, who stepped down as a board member, and will remain employed by KinderCare through December 31 to facilitate a transition. Wyatt was CEO of KinderCare from 2012 to June, 2024 and has served as chairman of the board since 2021.
