Kimberly-Clark (KMB) announced that it will voluntarily transfer its U.S. stock exchange listing to the Nasdaq Global Select Market from the NYSE. Kimberly-Clark expects that its common stock will cease trading on the NYSE at market close on Thursday, May 29 and will commence trading on Nasdaq on Friday, May 30.
