Goldman Sachs downgraded Kilroy Realty (KRC) to Sell from Neutral with an unchanged price target of $33. The firm sees the company’s annual funds from operations dropping 7% over the next three years. Kilroy’s growth will be limited due to low retention of office tenants and high availability of office space in the company’s West Coast markets, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
