Kenvue (KVUE) announced the appointment of Amit Banati as the company’s CFO, effective May 12. He will be responsible for overseeing the Finance and Strategy functions, supporting initiatives aimed at accelerating profitable growth and delivering value to shareholders. Following a thorough and thoughtful search process, Banati will succeed Paul Ruh, who will remain with the company for a brief period to help ensure a smooth transition. Banati is a 30-year consumer products company finance and operations veteran, having served most recently as Vice Chairman and CFO of Kellanova (K).
