JPMorgan analyst Michael Rehaut lowered the firm’s price target on KB Home (KBH) to $50 from $71 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm reduced KB’s 2026 and 2027 earnings estimates following the fiscal Q4 report. JPMorgan estimates the company’s fiscal 2026 return on equity at 6%, down from 11% in 2025 and well below KB’s cost of capital.
