RBC Capital raised the firm’s price target on Karman (KRMN) to $44 from $38 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q1 revenue and adjusted EBITDA were ahead of consensus, and while the management reiterated the 2025 guide, with 95% revenue visibility thanks to its strong Q1 bookings, the firm sees upside to the revenue guidance, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Shifting priorities at the DoD have been a positive for sentiment given Karman’s end-market exposure, RBC added.
