A federal judge in Fort Worth, Texas, agreed to the Justice Department’s request to drop criminal charges against Boeing (BA) stemming from an investigation of the company’s role in two plane accidents that killed 346 people despite objections from some victims’ families who wanted the case to go to trial, reported The Wall Street Journal’s Dave Michaels.
