JPMorgan (JPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share on the outstanding shares of its common stock, an increase of 12% from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share. The dividend is payable on April 30, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 4.
