JPMorgan (JPM) has poached approximately 100 managing directors from competitors since early last year, Simon Foy and Ortenca Aliaj of The Financial Times reports, citing people familiar with the details. Additionally, the recruitment campaign has exceeded hiring in prior years, with the company adding more managing directors to its global banking division over the past year than in the previous decade, the sources added.
