The company said, “New franchised clinic openings, excluding the impact of refranchised clinics, are expected to be in the range of 30 to 35. The Company is working with franchise owners to optimize the performance of the existing franchised clinic base. This may include closing underperforming clinics this year, which will result in the overall clinic count at 2026 year end being lower than 2025 year end.”
