JetBlue (JBLU) announced its launch of “two major enhancements” to its TrueBlue loyalty program: the launch of TrueBlue Subscriptions and the ability for customers to redeem TrueBlue points to purchase select travel extras. “TrueBlue has always been about delivering real value with rewards that go further and meet our customers’ travel preferences and expectations. With Points On Repeat and the ability to use points for extras, we’re giving our customers more control, more flexibility and more ways to make every trip their own while earning and saving along the way,” said Ed Pouthier, vice president of loyalty and personalization, JetBlue.
